SALES REPRESENTATIVE – AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY

Join the team at Russell Industries, Mount Gambier’s trusted New Holland dealership, proudly supplying and servicing the South East and Western Victoria with industry leading tractors, implements and equipment.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to promote and sell New Holland tractors and a range of other top-quality agricultural machinery brands.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for:
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with local farmers and Ag businesses
– Selling tractors, implements, and equipment tailored to customer needs
– Managing enquires, preparing quotes, and following up sales opportunities
– Attending field days, on-farm visits, and product demonstrations
– Collaborating with our service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you:
– Have experience in agriculture, machinery sales, or farming (preferred)
– Are self-motivated, organised, and passionate about customer service
– Communicate well and enjoy building strong client relationships
– Hold a current driver’s license (MR/HR license an advantage)
– Enjoy being part of a supportive, hard-working local team
